Today I got back on track with my workouts and eating. Matt and I did the cardio tape together. We added the second level on to it and that was quite a workout. We both came to the conclusion that the workouts on the tape are way harder than just going out and running.

Breakfast: eggs/toast
Snack: apple/string cheese
Lunch: myoplex shake
Snack: Go Lean protein bar
Dinner: Halibut, broccoli/mushrooms, rice
Dessert: protein bar

i looked for that dvd at our walmart today but they don't have either of them. bummer, maybe it would inspire me to actually get something done. i have been so awful still this week. i don't know what my problem is. oh well, i guess i'll make the decision and stick with it eventually. pretty pathetic though!
