This week doesn't look good for me. Today I had hard time eating all of my meals. It wasn't like I was trying to not eat them. I just got busy and then before I knew it was either time for lunch or dinner! I did manage to get to the gym though. Ran ten minutes, which is over a mile for me now. I was trying to get my mile time under ten minutes. Then I also lifted.
Breakfast: Bran cereal
Snack: Oats& Honey granola bar
Lunch: Left over chicken, rick, and asparagus
Snack: Myoplex lite shake
Dinner: Mac& Cheese...homemade..healthy style with turkey sausage. Weird I know, but I was craving it for some reason
Dessert: Nothing
