Free day! My intentions were to not go overboard, but I did on accident. We went out to lunch and I had eggs benedict..one of my favorite breakfast dishes. Matt and I decided to go out to dinner just him and I because we needed sometime for just us. Mom and dad watched Greg. We dropped him off around three and we went home to take a nap. We slept for two hours, but it was much needed on both of our parts. At dinner I had fish, but I still feel like I went overboard.
I weighed myself this morning and I have lost two pounds this week! I know I can't expect to lose five pounds or something, but I was happy with that number. I sound like I am on biggest loser! Love that show..and it is almost over!

Week One Stats:

Weight loss: two pounds
Eating: Consistent...two mishaps..cookie dough and coffee
Workouts: Missed two

2 pounds is awesome! I am proud of you. My week was pretty much downhill all week. I re-started over yesterday. And, it was my free day. (: Funny way to do it, huh? Anyway, I am so glad you're sticking with it. Don't get down on yourself about missing the workouts-just keep going strong. You are amazing. Sorry Greg is sick...I'll call you this week. Love you.
