It has been too cold to go running. Well I could tough it out, but I don't want to take Greg out with the weather shield again. I feel so bad for him in there although I don't think he minds. I just did my dvd tape again. I have worked up to the second level and probably could do the third. I didn't get home today until about 5:30 pm and so I was really unmotivated to workout.
Breakfast: Eggs/toast
Snack: String cheese/apple
Lunch: Tuna fish and crackers
Snack: didn't get one in
Dinner: Penne pasta(wheat) with, yellow squash, zucchini, stewed tomatoes, and turkey sausage. It was yummy.
Dessert: myoplex lite shake
