Today I didn't very well:) I did manage to do my twenty minutes of cardio from my dvd, but I was really didn't want to do it. Matt and I went out to dinner, which is where I sort of got in trouble. But, where I really had trouble was during class!

Breakfast: myoplex lite shake
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Chicken ceaser salad
Snack: two chocolate cookies
Dinner: 6 pieces of steamed shrimp, two bites of Matt's soup, 6 oz. tenderloin with rice and veggies
No Dessert
