I am a few days behind on posting! Tuesday was my lift day for my upper-body. I thought I would give the power sculpt dvd a try from the Biggest Loser. It was okay. I didn't really feel like I was getting a good workout, but I didn't have a vast range of dumbbell weights either. So, that could have played a role. I also did the cardio one this morning.
Breakfast: Pancakes (BFL recipe)
Snack: Mypolex lite bar
Lunch: Turkey sandwich & a orange
Snack: myoplex lite shake
Dinner: Sante Fe Chicken Soup (BFL recipe, but introduced to us by Karli)
Dessert Protein pudding
