Today was it was so nice out. It really felt like spring finally. I worked out in the yard for a little bit and definitely could feel it in my arms from cleaning out the flower beds. I dropped Greg off and went to the gym. I ran for ten minutes and then I lifted. I am starting to feel stronger.
Breakfast: Egg/toast
Snack: apple/ string cheese
Lunch: Veggie sandwich from Subway and Lays baked chips
Snack: myoplex lite shake
Dinner: Eggs/toast/yogurt
Dessert: Protein pudding
