My morning class..my only class for the day was cancelled! It is funny how we get excited because I am basically paying to miss the class. Anyways, it was nice to have a full day home and have a four day weekend.
I dropped Greg off at my mom's and I went to the gym. I lifted arms today. I was supposed to do my legs, but I didn't feel like I really worked my arms the other day. So, I lifted and I am starting to use heavier dumbbells. After I was done I got on the treadmill for ten minutes and ran a mile. I really love doing cardio.
Breakfast: Bran cereal & egg sub.
Snack: Myoplex lite bar
Lunch: Tuna fish sandwich and fruit
Snack: myoplex lite shake
Dinner: Left over chicken, rice, and corn
Dessert: Protein pudding
