Well besides being up all night with Greg. I am felt pretty good today. I worked out this afternoon to the Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd. It is a pretty intense workout and follows the Body For Life intensity part for the workouts. I know that I will be definitely feeling it tomorrow. I haven't had any cravings yet. I know that my biggest thing to conquer will be the sweet tooth cravings I have in the evenings.
Breakfast: Eggs and Toast
Snack: Apples and string cheese
Lunch: Turkey sandwich
Snack: Myoplex lite bar
Dinner: Fish Tacos
Snack/Dessert: Pumpkin cheesecake(from the eating for life cookbook) It is actually really tasty.
