Today I finally got over myself. I went to the gym lifted and then did ten minutes on the elipictal because the treadmills were taken up. Then someone got off the treadmill and I ran on there for ten minutes. It felt good to run.

Breakfast: Egg/toast
Snack: granola bar
Lunch: yogurt and string cheese
Snack: orange/ string cheese
Dinner: Eggs/toast
Dessert: 100 calorie pack

you're doing great kylee, don't get discouraged. you're probably gaining muscle-remember it weighs more than fat. i am an emotional eater too. just get back on and do great this week. i am proud of you and think of you working hard on a daily basis. i will join you one of these days! (: love you.
