This week has been mid-term week at school and so it has been hard to get on and blog. I did write it all down in a notebook, so that I could keep track and then type it up.
Monday night we went out to dinner with Matt's parents. We deemed it has Phil's b-day dinner because his birthday is on the 5th.
Breakfast: two eggs/ 1 piece of toast
Snack: go lean protein bar
Lunch: Healthy Start Chicken noodle soup
Snack: piece of swiss cheese (6o calories)
Dinner: Broiled shrimp, rice, veggies What I have been doing when I go out to eat is opting out of having my soup or salad before the meal. Salad is healthy, but it feels me up.
