Today I went on a walk with my mom because it was really nice out. It was my lifting day, but I didn't get to gym. Instead I did my power sculpt dvd and was pretty sore from that. I really like it and it is a good alternative when I can't get to the gym.

Breakfast: Special K cereal
Snack: special k snack bar
Lunch: Left overs
Snack: string cheese/ orange
Dinner: Chicken, veggies, and rice
Dessert: 100 calorie jello
