Today I worked out a little extra to make up for missing out on Wednesday. I ran on the treadmill for ten minutes, then went and lifted my upper body, and then got back on the treadmill for another ten minutes. I also went on a small walk with Matt to the post office when I got home and I took Greg on another walk later that afternoon. The weather was so nice and you never know how long it is going to stick around, so I wanted to take advantage of it.

Breakfast: two eggs/ 1 piece of toast
Snack: wheat thins/ cheese
Lunch: Turkey sandwich on wheat, with swiss cheese, onion, and tomato
Snack: apple
Dinner: oysters, rice, and veggies
Dessert: 100 calorie jello pudding
