42-44

I am not going to type to much. I haven't worked out at all this week. I weighed myself on Sunday morning and I had lost a pound. Felt good about it because last week wasn't that great. I only ran on Sunday and Monday. Either I ate good food, but not enough throughout the day, or I ate crappy food and didn't eat enough throughout the day.

This morning(Tuesday) I weighed myself on my mom's scale and it said I had lost like three more pounds so it said 147. I was like wow my mom's scale must be really off because I don't know how that is possible. But, I haven't really eaten anything since Sunday night and have felt sick. Not the smartest way to lose weight right. So, I went to my house today and weighed myself and is said 149. I guess I will take that, but I am sure that once I feel better I will gain some of it back. That is it for now...

days 36-41

Alright well this week has been not so great. My eating has been pretty much right on with a few no no's along the way. Working out that is a whole other story. With Greg being sick and pretty much crying and fussing all day every day, I didn't get a chance to work out at all. I ran on Sunday and on Monday. So, I did get two days in. It will be interesting to see what the scale says tomorrow. I am not going to type out all of my days for food because I am too tired, but I did hand write them.

So, I have lost 5lbs. so far. I feel pretty good. I have felt really bloated all week and I think that is because I am going to start my period next week. So, I don't feel like I have lost five pounds because of that. I am half way to my goal weight and a week shy of being half way through the program. If I can keep it up and keep at this pace, I should meet my goal. I figured if I lose my 10lbs. then anything after that is a bonus. The weather is getting a lot nicer..finally and hopefully I will be able to run more outside. Have a relaxing Sunday!

Today was sort of an odd ball day. I had a bridal shower to go to and I made artichoke dip. I didn't eat lunch because I knew there would be ton of food there. We did three types of fondu with fruit. There were was a veggie tray, meat and cheese tray, pudding, my dip, and some lemon bars.
I did pretty well and mostly veggies, and the cheese and meat stuff, I did have three strawberries with a lot of the fondu, but then I just had plain fruit.
I did my cardio tape because by the time we got done with everything it was almost 5pm. The bridal shower was a lot of fun because we got to scrapbook a page for Melissa. I had a lot of fun with that.

Breakfast: Special K cereal
Snack: myoplex lite bar
Lunch: Fruit, veggies, cheese, meat, and crackers
Snack: nothing
Dinner: left over chicken, rice, and veggies
Dessert: nothing

Today I went on a walk with my mom because it was really nice out. It was my lifting day, but I didn't get to gym. Instead I did my power sculpt dvd and was pretty sore from that. I really like it and it is a good alternative when I can't get to the gym.

Breakfast: Special K cereal
Snack: special k snack bar
Lunch: Left overs
Snack: string cheese/ orange
Dinner: Chicken, veggies, and rice
Dessert: 100 calorie jello

Today I worked out a little extra to make up for missing out on Wednesday. I ran on the treadmill for ten minutes, then went and lifted my upper body, and then got back on the treadmill for another ten minutes. I also went on a small walk with Matt to the post office when I got home and I took Greg on another walk later that afternoon. The weather was so nice and you never know how long it is going to stick around, so I wanted to take advantage of it.

Breakfast: two eggs/ 1 piece of toast
Snack: wheat thins/ cheese
Lunch: Turkey sandwich on wheat, with swiss cheese, onion, and tomato
Snack: apple
Dinner: oysters, rice, and veggies
Dessert: 100 calorie jello pudding

I didn't get a workout in today because it's so hard when I have a full day of classes and don't get done until 4pm. Plus the weather wasn't that great today and I didn't want to take Greg out in his stroller.

Breakfast: oatmeal
Snack: apple/ string cheese
Lunch: eating right frozen lunch entree ( 300 calories)
Snack: orange
Dinner: left over pasta

Today I went out to lunch with Stacey at a place called Wee Mama's. It is a cute little place and I will be sad when it finally sells.

Breakfast: oatmeal
Snack: granola bar
Lunch: Bagel w/ ff cream cheese, cranberry sauce, and turkey
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: whole wheat pasta with chicken and veggies

This week has been mid-term week at school and so it has been hard to get on and blog. I did write it all down in a notebook, so that I could keep track and then type it up.
Monday night we went out to dinner with Matt's parents. We deemed it has Phil's b-day dinner because his birthday is on the 5th.

Breakfast: two eggs/ 1 piece of toast
Snack: go lean protein bar
Lunch: Healthy Start Chicken noodle soup
Snack: piece of swiss cheese (6o calories)
Dinner: Broiled shrimp, rice, veggies What I have been doing when I go out to eat is opting out of having my soup or salad before the meal. Salad is healthy, but it feels me up.
